From the chef of Spoon and Stable, and Bellecour, comes a new dining experience.
To announce the opening of this new restaurant, chef Gavin Kaysen commissioned a teaser video featuring a behind the scenes look at what goes into opening a restaurant. From the bespoke knives made with wood found on Nicolette Island, to the custom bar top designed by his own brother, Sean.
Once construction was complete, the knives delivered and the dishes fired one last time, we returned to the space to capture the reveal.
